Une exp\u00e9rience dans la commercialisation de pi\u00e8ces de rechange automobile constitue un avantage significatif.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Permis B exig\u00e9 (d\u00e9placements fr\u00e9quents sur le terrain).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9s principales :<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En tant qu\u2019interlocuteur(trice) privil\u00e9gi\u00e9(e) \u00e0 la fois technique et commercial(e), vous serez charg\u00e9(e) de :<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Documentation technique des pi\u00e8ces de rechange :<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Apporter des solutions techniques adapt\u00e9es aux besoins clients, en ma\u00eetrisant les alternatives disponibles (pi\u00e8ces de substitution) et en formulant des recommandations pertinentes \u00e0 la hi\u00e9rarchie.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Utiliser efficacement les outils et logiciels de documentation afin d\u2019identifier avec pr\u00e9cision les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences des pi\u00e8ces dans les catalogues.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>D\u00e9veloppement commercial et prospection<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Analyser les besoins des clients sur les diff\u00e9rentes gammes de pi\u00e8ces et proposer des offres comp\u00e9titives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assurer une gestion compl\u00e8te des comptes clients selon les segments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Identifier et cibler de nouveaux clients (B2B et B2C), d\u00e9velopper un portefeuille prospects et conclure des ventes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tenir les clients inform\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9volution de leurs commandes en cours.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">R\u00e9aliser des visites commerciales conformes aux standards de l\u2019entreprise afin de renforcer la pr\u00e9sence sur le march\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Suivre les opportunit\u00e9s non conclues en analysant les raisons des \u00e9checs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Veille concurrentielle et anticipation des besoins :<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Surveiller en continu les indicateurs cl\u00e9s du march\u00e9 (prix, positionnement des concurrents, \u00e9volutions sectorielles).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Anticiper les besoins des clients en s\u2019appuyant sur l\u2019analyse du parc automobile et des projets en cours.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Reporting commercial :<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assurer un suivi rigoureux de l\u2019activit\u00e9 commerciale conform\u00e9ment aux standards de l\u2019entreprise : comptes rendus de visites, r\u00e9unions commerciales, relances des devis en cours, communication sur les d\u00e9lais de livraison et la disponibilit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces, actions de prospection, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Qualit\u00e9s personnelles :<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Esprit d\u2019initiative et capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Discipline, respect des r\u00e8gles et professionnalisme.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sens de la communication et \u00e9coute active.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dynamisme, rigueur et sens de l\u2019\u00e9thique.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Curiosit\u00e9, sens de l\u2019organisation, autonomie et vigilance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Comp\u00e9tences techniques :<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bonne ma\u00eetrise des techniques de prospection et de d\u00e9veloppement commercial.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Solides comp\u00e9tences en n\u00e9gociation et en vente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bonne ma\u00eetrise des outils Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Connaissance du secteur des pi\u00e8ces de rechange automobile.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bonne connaissance de la gestion de la relation client.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ma\u00eetrise du fran\u00e7ais et de l\u2019anglais (indispensable).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-31149\" src=\"https:\/\/kamerpower.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/CFAO-group-recrutement-D\u00e9poser-une-candidature.jpg\" alt=\"CFAO group recrutement -
