Le Ministre de l&#8217;Emploi et de la Formation Professionnelle &#8211; <strong>MINEFOP<\/strong> vient de signer une D\u00e9cision portant attribution des bourses de Formation Professionnelle au #000000;\">la loi n\u00b092\/007 du 14 ao\u00fbt 1992 portant Code du travail.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">la loi n\u00b0 76\/12 du 8 juillet 1976 portant organisation de la formation professionnelle;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">le d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 67\/DF\/388 du 09 septembre 1967 portant r\u00e9glementation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des stages de perfectionnement professionnel ouverts aux travailleurs et aux artisans camerounais<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">le d\u00e9cret n\u00b02011\/408 du 09 d\u00e9cembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">le d\u00e9cret n\u00b02011\/410 du 09 decembre 2011 portant formation du Gouvernement;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le D\u00e9cret N\u00b02012\/644 du 28 decembre 2012 portant organisation du Minist\u00e8re de l&#8217;Emploi et de la Formation Professionnelle<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Decision n\u00b0152\/D\/\u00a0<strong>MINEFOP\u00a0<\/strong>\/SG\/ DFOP\/ SDOP du 15 juin 2015 portant cr\u00e9ation et composition de la Commission ad hoc charg\u00e9e de l\u2019attribution des<strong> bourses nationales de formation professionnelle<\/strong> au titre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2015.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">le proc\u00e8s verbal du 07 septembre 2015 sanctionnant les travaux de la commission ad hoc d\u2019attribution des bourses de formation professionnelle au titre de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e 2024-2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"decide\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>DECIDE<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"article-1er\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Article 1er:<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les candidats dont les noms suivent sont, a compter de la date de signature de la pr\u00e9sente d\u00e9cision, retenus dans le cadre des <strong>bourses de\u00a0formation professionnelle au Cameroun<\/strong>, au titre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e de formation 2024-2025, dans les diff\u00e9rentes structures publiques et priv\u00e9es de <strong>formation professionnelle<\/strong>, suivant le tableau ci-apr\u00e8s:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #008000;\" href=\"https:\/\/dl.dropboxusercontent.com\/s\/qk7syn3dnl03jvb\/MINEFOP%20decision%20bourse%202015.pdf?dl=0\">Cliquez ici pour voir ladite D\u00e9cision de bourses de formation professionnelle au Cameroun.<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"article-2\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Article 2:<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les int\u00e9ss\u00e9s sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 prendre l&#8217;attache de leur structure de formation d\u2018accueil pour les modalit\u00e9s pratiques de d\u00e9marrage de la formation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ils ont l&#8217;obligation de se faire enregistrer dans lesdites structures et d&#8217;y verser leur contribution tel qu&#8217;indiqu\u00e9 dans le tableau ci-dessus.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"article-3\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Article 3:<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Les Centres de Formation Professionnelle ci-dessus retenus sont tenus de transmettre au Minist\u00e8re de l\u2018Emploi et de la Formation Professionnelle les fiches d\u2018identification des boursiers enregistr\u00e9s, trente (30)\u00a0jours apr\u00e9s la publication dela pr\u00e9sente d\u00e9cision.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"article-4\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Article 4:<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Les appuis ci dessus sont accord\u00e9es pour un montant de 90% du co\u00fbt total de la formation, par cons\u00e9quent les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires sont oblig\u00e9s de reverser les 10% restant dans la structure d&#8217;accueil comme indiqu\u00e9 dans\u00a0le tableau ci-dessus.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"article-5\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Article 5:<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Le Directeur de la Formation Professionnelles et le Directeur des Affaires G\u00e9n\u00e9rales sont charg\u00e9s, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l\u2018application de la pr\u00e9sente d\u00e9cision.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"article-6\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Article 6: <\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La pr\u00e9sente d\u00e9cision sera enregistr\u00e9 et communiqu\u00e9 partout o\u00f9 besoin sera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color:
