Elle est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 deux ans de soutien. L&#8217;indemnit\u00e9 maximale est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 $ 12 000 par an. Le programme de bourses de Baldwin est bas\u00e9e sur une \u00e9valuation r\u00e9aliste des besoins et des priorit\u00e9s. Devrait \u00eatre un prix, le commanditaire de l&#8217;h\u00f4te doit \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 assumer la responsabilit\u00e9 de superviser la formation du candidat.
