porte cr\u00e9ation de la Chaire ISESCO\/FUMI sur la diversit\u00e9\u00a0Culturelle de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 de Yaound\u00e9 II, ci-apr\u00e8s d\u00e9sign\u00e9e \u00ab Chaire <strong>ISESCO<\/strong> \u00bb,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3682\" class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"article-2\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Article 2:<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Chaire ISESCO\/FUMI est cr\u00e9\u00e9e en collaboration avec l&#8217;Organisation\u00a0Islamique pour l&#8217;Education, les Sciences et la Culture (<strong>ISESCO<\/strong>).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Chaire <strong>ISESCO<\/strong> a pour but de promouvoir un syst\u00e8me int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de recherche,\u00a0de formation, d&#8217;information et de documentation dans le domaine de la diversit\u00e9 culturelle, du\u00a0dialogue entre les religions et entre les cultures, dans une conception moderne du monde\u00a0bas\u00e9e sur le respect des pluralit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Elle facilite la collaboration entre chercheurs de haut niveau de r\u00e9putation\u00a0internationale, et les \u00e9quipes de recherche de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 de Yaound\u00e9 II, ainsi que d&#8217;autres\u00a0institutions d&#8217;Afrique, et des pays membres de l&#8217;OCI, notamment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"article-3\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Article 3:<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le si\u00e8ge de la Chaire <strong>ISESCO<\/strong> est \u00e0 l&#8217;Institut des Relations Internationales du\u00a0Cameroun (IRIC Yaounde).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Article 4:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Le Titulaire de la Chaire est nomm\u00e9 par le Ministre de l&#8217;Enseignement Sup\u00e9rieur,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">approuv\u00e9e par le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&#8217;ISESCO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Article 5:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Outre le Titulaire, la Chaire comprend les enseignants, les chercheurs et les\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00e9tudiants participant \u00e0 son programme de formation et de recherche.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"article-6\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Article 6:<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L&#8217;Universit\u00e9 de Yaound\u00e9 II signe avec le Titulaire de la Chaire, pour une dur\u00e9e\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, en concertation avec l&#8217;<strong>ISESCO<\/strong>, un contrat qui fixe les conditions de\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">collaboration eu \u00e9gard aux contraintes de la fonction.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le contrat d\u00e9termine les autres avantages et indemnit\u00e9s dus au Titulaire de la\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Chaire, en dehors de ceux conf\u00e9r\u00e9s aux responsables de m\u00eame cat\u00e9gorie ou rang.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"article-7\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Article 7:<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> L&#8217;<strong>IRIC<\/strong> accorde au Titulaire de la Chaire les facilit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires pour accomplir\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">son travail universitaire et ses activit\u00e9s de recherche, notamment, la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;enseigner, de\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">mener et de superviser des travaux de recherche, de diriger des th\u00e8ses de Doctorat, de diffuser\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">les r\u00e9sultats des recherches.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Article 8: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les d\u00e9penses li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;ex\u00e9cution des activit\u00e9s men\u00e9es dans le cadre de la Chaire\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>ISESCO<\/strong> sont prises en charge par le budget autonome de la Chaire, en application des\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">accords sign\u00e9s entre l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 de Yaound\u00e9 II et l&#8217;<strong>ISESCO<\/strong>, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">r\u00e9glementation en vigueur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Article 9: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le Recteur de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 de Yaound\u00e9 II et le Directeur de l&#8217;IRIC sont charg\u00e9s,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l&#8217;ex\u00e9cution du pr\u00e9sent arr\u00eat\u00e9 qui sera enregistr\u00e9 et publi\u00e9\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">selon la proc\u00e9dure d&#8217;urgence, puis, ins\u00e9r\u00e9 au Journal Officiel, en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span
