Initiative:<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Clinton Health Access Initiative (<strong>CHAI<\/strong>)<\/a> appuie le <strong>Gouvernement du Cameroun<\/strong> dans la mise en oeuvre du programme de mentoring en <strong>SMN<\/strong> dont l&#8217;objectif est de contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la mortalit\u00e9 maternelle et n\u00e9onatale. <strong>CHAI<\/strong> recherche des sages-femmes, des m\u00e9decins en fonction ou qui ont pris la retraite r\u00e9cemment, qualifi\u00e9s, tr\u00e8s exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s, tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9s et flexibles, et ayant une exp\u00e9rience consid\u00e9rable en soins obst\u00e9triques; pour appuyer la mise en place d&#8217;un groupe de mentors dans les r\u00e9gions du Centre et de l&#8217;Est du Cameroun. Les mentors seront des professionnels de la sant\u00e9 qui r\u00e9sident dans ou \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des districts de sant\u00e9 \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s ci-dessous.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Recrutement d&#8217;un pool de mentors en sant\u00e9 maternelle et n\u00e9onatale (SMN) dans les r\u00e9gions du Centre et de l&#8217;Est.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12102\" class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Faire une \u00e9valuation initiale des formations sanitaires et prestataires dans le but d&#8217;identifier les besoins de mentoring en <strong>SMN<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Evaluer trimestriellement et annuellement les connaissances et comp\u00e9tences de chaque prestataire;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Etablir une relation de collaboration \u00e9troite avec tous les responsables des formations sanitaires et prestataires;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">D\u00e9velopper un plan d&#8217;action de mentoring avec des \u00e9ch\u00e9ances bien pr\u00e9cises en collaboration avec les responsables des formations sanitaires;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mettre en oeuvre le programme de mentoring conform\u00e9ment aux directives et en utilisant les outils d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet.\u00a0<strong>Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Apporter l&#8217;appui aux prestataires in situ pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes relatifs \u00e0 la <strong>SMN<\/strong> et g\u00e9rer les complications;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration avec un certain nombre de personnes ressources identifi\u00e9es pour r\u00e9f\u00e9rer les cas difficiles ou obtenir des conseils;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">R\u00e9diger et soumettre des rapports r\u00e9guliers \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9quipe en charge du programme \u00e0 <strong>CHAI<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Appuyer l&#8217;\u00e9quipe en charge du programme \u00e0 <strong>CHAI<\/strong> dans la finalisation des documents techniques \u00e9manant de la mise en oeuvre du mentoting en <strong>SMN<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Les mentors travailleront \u00e0 temps partiel et devront apporter leur appui sur une p\u00e9riode de pr\u00e8s d&#8217;un an \u00e0 compter du d\u00e9but<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> F\u00e9vrier 2016.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"lieu-daffection-clinton-health-access-initiative-chai\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Lieu d&#8217;affect<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">ion (Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI)<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les districts de la r\u00e9gion du Centre (Akonolinga, Bafia, Biyem Assi, Cit\u00e9 Verte, Mbalmayo, Nanga Eboko, Ntui, Obala, Sa&#8217;a) et de l&#8217;Est(Abong Mbang, Batouri, Bertoua, Doume, Ndelele).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"competences-requises-%e2%80%93-clinton-health-access-initiative-chai\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Competences Requises &#8211;\u00a0Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI)<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Id\u00e9alement, les mentors doivent:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Avoir un dipl\u00f4me de sage-femme ou en m\u00e9decine avec une exp\u00e9rience consid\u00e9rable en obst\u00e9trique et gyn\u00e9cologie;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Etre activement en service avec au moins 5 ans d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience de travail dans la prestation directe des services de maternit\u00e9 et de sant\u00e9 de reproduction ou ayant pris la retraite r\u00e9cemment;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Avoir des connaissances techniques approfondies sur la prestation des services en SMN et la gestion des complications obst\u00e9tricales et n\u00e9onatales;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Avoir une compr\u00e9hension approfondie des directives et protocoles nationaux et internationaux sur la SMN;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Avoir des capacit\u00e9s de communication interpersonnelle solides et l&#8217;aptitude \u00e0 utiliser les techniques de base d&#8217;enseignement, de mentoring et de coaching;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Faire preuve d&#8217;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et de volont\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes dans des zones \u00e9loign\u00e9es, avec une assistance tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9e;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Id\u00e9alement, r\u00e9sider \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des sites de mentoring;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Avoir suffisament de temps pour mener les activit\u00e9s de mentoring sans porter entrave aux engagements de prestation de services existants;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span
