PSYCHOSOCIAUX (APS)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"contexte\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>CONTEXTE<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Recrutement <strong>APS<\/strong> au <strong>CNLS Cameroun<\/strong>: Dans le cadre du Nouveau Mod\u00e8le de Financement (<strong>NMF<\/strong>) du Fonds Mondial\u00a0de Lutte contre le Sida, la Tuberculose et le Paludisme, le Comit\u00e9 National de\u00a0Lutte contre le Sida (<strong>CNLS<\/strong>) envisage recruter sept cent cinquante (<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>750<\/strong><\/span>)\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Accompagnateurs Psycho Sociaux (<strong>APS<\/strong>) qui seront positionn\u00e9s pour travailler\u00a0dans les Centres de Traitement Agr\u00e9\u00e9s (<strong>CTA<\/strong>) et les Unit\u00e9s de Prise en Charge\u00a0(<strong>UPEC<\/strong>), en vue d&#8217;aider les patients vivant avec le <strong>VIH<\/strong> a prendre soin d&#8217;eux-m\u00eames et de les accompagner dans le circuit th\u00e9rapeutique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les APS auront pour cibles les femmes enceintes s\u00e9ropositives, les enfants n\u00e9s\u00a0de m\u00e8res s\u00e9ropositives et les autres personnes s\u00e9ropositives a mettre ou mises\u00a0sous traitement. L&#8217;ex\u00e9cution des activit\u00e9s de l&#8217;APS sera faite sur la base d&#8217;un\u00a0plan mensuel de travail d\u00fbment approuv\u00e9 parle responsable de l&#8217;<strong>UPEC<\/strong> ou du\u00a0<strong>CTA<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"qualifications-requises-%e2%80%93-recrutement-aps-au-cnls-cameroun\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/kamerpower.com\/fr\/cnls-cameroun-recrutement-aps\/\">QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES &#8211;\u00a0Recrutement APS au CNLS Cameroun:<\/a><\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les candidats int\u00e9ress\u00e9s doivent satisfaire aux conditions suivantes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00eatre issu ou associ\u00e9 a un groupe a base communautaire (exemple:\u00a0structure de dialogue, association, groupement, comit\u00e9 de\u00a0d\u00e9veloppement, groupes religieux, groupes de soutien, association des\u00a0personnes affect\u00e9es ou infect\u00e9es par le <strong>VIH<\/strong>\/<strong>SIDA<\/strong> etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">avoir une connaissance de base sur la pr\u00e9vention du <strong>VIH<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Savoir lire et \u00e9crire le fran\u00e7ais et\/ou l\u2019anglais.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">avoir le sens de l&#8217;organisation, des relations, de la tenue et de la courtoisie dans le comportement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00eatre disponible pour rendre service et a se rendre disponible pour le suivi des <strong>PVVIH<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">avoir de bonnes dispositions pour le travail en \u00e9quipe et sous pression.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">avoir une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle en mati\u00e8re de prise en charge psychosociale:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">jouir d&#8217;une bonne moralit\u00e9 et d&#8217;une bonne int\u00e9grit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>N.B<\/strong><\/span>: \u00e9tre s\u00e9ropositif (ou s\u00e9ropositive) serait un atout.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"cahier-de-charge-de-laccompagnateur-psychosocial-%e2%80%93-recrutement-aps-au-cnls-cameroun\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Cahier de charge de l&#8217;accompagnateur psychosocial &#8211;\u00a0<strong>Recrutement APS au CNLS Cameroun:<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Plac\u00e9 sous l\u2019autorit\u00e9 du responsable du <strong>CTA<\/strong> ou de l&#8217;<strong>UPEC<\/strong> et sous la\u00a0supervision du Coordonnateur du <strong>GTR<\/strong>, l&#8217;<strong>APS<\/strong> assure le suivi des <strong>PVVIH<\/strong> et fait\u00a0l&#8217;\u00e9ducation th\u00e9rapeutique des patients sous traitement. Il participe pour les\u00a0rendre observants aux traitements et contribue \u00e0 la r\u00e9tention des patients\u00a0dons la file active. L\u2019<strong>APS<\/strong> aura pour missions essentielles:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">la r\u00e9alisation des activit\u00e9s <strong>IEC<\/strong>\/<strong>CCC<\/strong> (R\u00e9unions en communaut\u00e9s et <strong>CIP\u00a0<\/strong>au sujet de l&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne corporelle, alimentaire et vestimentaire,\u00a0pr\u00e9vention du <strong>VIH<\/strong>, promotion de la connaissance du statut s\u00e9rologique<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>VIH<\/strong>):<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">l\u2019animation des groupes de paroles:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">le Counseling pr\u00e9 et post test:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">l&#8217;accompagnement psycho social des <strong>PVVIH<\/strong> nouvellement\u00a0diagnostiqu\u00e9es:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">l\u2019orientation \/r\u00e9f\u00e9rence syst\u00e9matique des personnes nouvellement\u00a0diagnostiqu\u00e9es <strong>VIH+<\/strong>, des sites de d\u00e9pistage du <strong>VIH<\/strong> vers les centres de\u00a0traitement les plus proches:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">l\u2019accompagnement du patient dans le circuit th\u00e9rapeutique dans les\u00a0<strong>CTA<\/strong>\/<strong>UPEC<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">l\u2018animation des causeries \u00e9ducatives (pr\u00e9vention positive: hygiene\u00a0vie et vie positive avec le <strong>VIH<\/strong>).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">l&#8217;organisation des s\u00e9ances d&#8217;\u00e9ducation th\u00e9rapeutique VIH &amp; TB (Aide a\u00a0l\u2019observance th\u00e9rapeutique et nutritionnelle):<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">la contribution a la r\u00e9tention de l&#8217;enfant n\u00e9 de m\u00e8re s\u00e9ropositive en\u00a0soins et traitement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">la recherche des perdus de vue (<strong>PdV<\/strong>) de la file active, par l&#8217;utilisation\u00a0des appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">la collecte des donn\u00e9es d\u00e9coulant de ses activit\u00e9s dans les formations\u00a0sanitaires (<strong>FOSA<\/strong>), a l&#8217;aide des outils (fiches d&#8217;activit\u00e9s de l&#8217;APS et fiches\u00a0de synth\u00e8se mensuelle) mis a sa disposition:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">la participation aux r\u00e9unions du comit\u00e9 th\u00e9rapeutique de <strong>CTA<\/strong>\/<strong>UPEC<\/strong> de\u00a0rattachement;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">la participation aux r\u00e9unions de coordination conjointes\u00a0Coordonnateurs <strong>CTA\/UPEC<\/strong>, ACCR et APS.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">l&#8217;ex\u00e9cution de toute autre tache a lui assign\u00e9e par le responsable du\u00a0<strong>CTA\/UPEC<\/strong> ou le Coordonnateur du GTR, qui rel\u00e8ve de son domaine\u00a0d\u2019expertise.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"lieu-daffectation\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>LIEU D\u2019AFFECTATION<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les APS seront affect\u00e9s dans les CTA\/UPEC de la R\u00e9gion pour laquelle ils ont\u00a0postul\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"duree-du-contrat\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>DUREE DU CONTRAT<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un Contrat de-travail sera sign\u00e9 avec les APS retenus pour une dur\u00e9e d\u2019un\u00a0(01) an renouvelable en cas de performance satisfaisante de l&#8217;int\u00e9ress\u00e9 et\u00a0de disponibilit\u00e9 du financement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 curriculum vitae (<strong>CV<\/strong>) d\u00e9taill\u00e9 faisant \u00e9tat de la qualification et de\u00a0l\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle du candidat sign\u00e9 et dat\u00e9;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">les copies certifi\u00e9es conformes des dipl\u00f4mes du candidat sign\u00e9es par\u00a0l&#8217;autorit\u00e9 comp\u00e9tente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">une photocopie de la carte nationale d&#8217;identit\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:
