POSTE<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il est le garant du respect et de la fiabilit\u00e9 des proc\u00e9dures de gestion et de contr\u00f4le interne au niveau de la <strong>CAMNAFAW<\/strong>\u00a0Cameroun et des SR.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"taches\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>T\u00e2ches<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Veiller au respect des proc\u00e9dures consign\u00e9es dans le manuel de proc\u00e9dures et dans les autres guides<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Contr\u00f4ler leur application par la r\u00e9alisation de contr\u00f4les r\u00e9guliers et \u00e9laborer les recommandations de correction<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">R\u00e9diger en collaboration avec le DAF, les nouvelles proc\u00e9dures et les outils de contr\u00f4le \u00e0 mettre en place.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Evaluer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du contr\u00f4le interne n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement des comptes du Projet en accord avec les obligations l\u00e9gales et les exigences des Partenaires au d\u00e9veloppement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Etablir le plan annuel d\u2019audit et les orientations strat\u00e9giques de l\u2019audit de la CPFM et les SR.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pr\u00e9parer la tenue des audits externes des SR et de la CAMNAFAW Cameroun en collaboration avec la DAF.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pr\u00e9parer les missions par la d\u00e9finition pr\u00e9cise de l\u2019objectif et du programme de travail correspondant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des visites de terrain si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Etablir des constats, \u00e9mettre une opinion et concevoir des actions correctrices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Valider ces constats et actions avec le responsable du site audit\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">R\u00e9diger le rapport de synth\u00e8se de la mission.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assurer le suivi de la mise en \u0153uvre des recommandations des missions d\u2019audit externe ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Accompagner les op\u00e9rationnels dans la mise en place de nouvelles proc\u00e9dures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Animer des style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un dipl\u00f4me sup\u00e9rieur (BAC + 5) au minimum en audit, comptabilit\u00e9, gestion, et\/ou contr\u00f4le de gestion ou tout autre
