CRS m\u00e8ne des activit\u00e9s humanitaires et du d\u00e9veloppement dans plus de 100 pays.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dans le cadre du renforcement de son \u00e9quipe, le <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">CRS<\/span> recherche un(e) Responsable des Ressources Humaines (Human Resources officer) qualifi\u00e9, exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 et tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9 pour appuyer la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs du bureau de pays gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la fourniture de services de <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">RH<\/span> d\u00e9di\u00e9s de qualit\u00e9, des conseils professionnels tout en s&#8217;assurant que les syst\u00e8mes de RH, les politiques et les proc\u00e9dures sont \u00e9labor\u00e9s et mis en oeuvre conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la vision, la mission et les objectifs strat\u00e9giques de l&#8217;organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le poste sera bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"fonctions\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #3366ff;\">Fonctions:<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Elle\/Il sera essentiellement charg\u00e9(e) de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La gestion strat\u00e9gique des ressources humaines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L&#8217;acquisition, le d\u00e9veloppement et la gestion des talents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Suivi de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et des avantages sociaux du personnel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Suivi des relations, des activit\u00e9s, du bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s et de l&#8217;environnement de travail.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Suivi de la s\u00fbret\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du personnel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L&#8217;administration et la documentation du personnel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le suivi de l&#8217;encadrement du personnel et de son d\u00e9veloppement.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"profil-experience-requis\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;
