color: #3366ff;\">Responsabilit\u00e9s principales:<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sous la supervision de R\u00e9f\u00e9rent M\u00e9dical\/anesth\u00e9siste Expat:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participer \u00e0 l\u2019organisation des salles (consultation, ergoth\u00e9rapie, salle de r\u00e9veil, unit\u00e9 de soins intensifs, salles) en collaboration avec le responsable de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, les m\u00e9decins et le chirurgien.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assurer et organiser les activit\u00e9s m\u00e9dicales d\u2019anesth\u00e9sie pour les patients conform\u00e9ment aux normes d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne, aux protocoles <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">MSF<\/span> (antibioprophylaxie, antidouleur\u2026) et aux recommandations du terrain pour les anesth\u00e9sies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En tant qu\u2019infirmier(e)prend les responsabilit\u00e9s li\u00e9es aux fonctions d\u2019infirmier(e), cela plus particuli\u00e8rement dans le but d\u2019assurer la qualit\u00e9 et la continuit\u00e9 des soins.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il ou elle assure les consultations de pr\u00e9m\u00e9dication et\/ou de stabilisation de l\u2019\u00e9tat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du patient<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Proc\u00e9d\u00e9s techniques perop\u00e9ratoires : capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser tous types d\u2019anesth\u00e9sies en s\u00e9curit\u00e9, y compris rachidiennes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Suivi post-anesth\u00e9sique : p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9tablissement et jours suivants (en accordant une attention toute particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont le patient g\u00e8re la douleur).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les soins intensifs exigent une approche m\u00e9dicale particuli\u00e8re et souvent, dans les projets de MSF, l\u2019anesth\u00e9siste est responsable de son unit\u00e9 ; il ou elle doit donc \u00e9galement \u00eatre capable d\u2019encadrer une \u00e9quipe.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"qualite-requises\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;
