Pour cela, on distingue 3 types de formations. kamerpower.com\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"texte_entreprise16px\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Les formations internes\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ce sont celles dispens\u00e9es en interne par des collaborateurs de la BICEC dont les connaissances et les comp\u00e9tences dans des domaines pr\u00e9cis de l\u2019activit\u00e9 bancaire sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es et reconnues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"texte_entreprise16px\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Les formations dipl\u00f4mantes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ce sont essentiellement celles qui donnent lieu \u00e0 la d\u00e9livrance d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me d&#8217;\u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures en banque. Il s\u2019agit des formations dispens\u00e9es par le Centre de Formation de la Profession Bancaire. Elles pr\u00e9parent aux Brevet Professionnel et Dipl\u00f4me Sup\u00e9rieur de Banque de l\u2019Institut Technique de Banque (ITB).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"texte_entreprise16px\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Les autres formations<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ce sont celles programm\u00e9es et valid\u00e9es dans le cadre du plan de formation annuel de la banque.
