Nous sommes actuellement \u00e0 la recherche d&#8217;un Assistant Administratif des Ventes pour le compte de l&#8217;un de nos clients (Une multi Nationale et un leader mondial en mati\u00e8re des class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">G\u00e8re l\u2019administration des ventes de produits finis r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par les Responsables Technico-Commerciaux B\u00e9nin et Cameroun.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assiste ces 2 personnes dans la r\u00e9daction et le suivi des offres commerciales, ainsi que dans la n\u00e9gociation avec les entreprises chinoises.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Etablit les dossiers clients ainsi que les documents r\u00e9glementaires n\u00e9cessaires (y compris le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant pour l\u2019exportation des produits).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Etablit les factures clients et suit le r\u00e8glement des clients avec le responsable technico-commercial.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u2019assure que la branche du <strong>BENIN<\/strong> et celle du <strong>CAMEROUN<\/strong> sont \u00e0 m\u00eame de livrer les produits conform\u00e9ment aux contrats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Organise les transports jusque chez le client le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assure le classement de la documentation qualit\u00e9 et participe au suivi des indicateurs qualit\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Etablit les fiches d\u2019anomalie suite aux constats et aux r\u00e9clamations des clients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assiste le responsable technico-commercial dans les contacts et les n\u00e9gociations avec les clients chinois.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participe \u00e0 l\u2019organisation des voyages (y compris visiteurs et responsables filiales) : r\u00e9servation d\u2019h\u00f4tels, d\u2019avions, de voitures, visas, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\"
