Ils sont acquis \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 et par naturalisation. Ils peuvent \u00eatre perdus, pour tout ou partie, par d\u00e9cision de justice . Ils peuvent \u00eatre perdus \u00e0 cause d\u2019une mise sous tutelle, auquel cas ce ne peut \u00eatre un motif de refus de recrutement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-casier-judiciaire\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3.
