Le\/la Chef de Mission est responsable du bon fonctionnement et du d\u00e9veloppement de la mission. kamerpower.com\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> : Il\/Elle est responsable de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur la mission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Programmes<\/strong> : Il\/Elle coordonne les \u00e9quipes et s\u2019assure de la bonne mise en \u0153uvre des programmes sur la mission, il\/elle suit les besoins et propose de nouvelles interventions et pistes de d\u00e9veloppement pour la mission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ressources Humaines<\/strong> : Il\/Elle s\u2019assure du bon dimensionnement humain de la mission et encadre les \u00e9quipes (d\u00e9finition d\u2019objectifs, suivi).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Suivi logistique, administratif et financier<\/strong> : Il\/Elle s\u2019assure que les pratiques logistiques et administratives en place respectent les proc\u00e9dures et formats PUI et sont en ad\u00e9quation avec les r\u00e8gles Bailleurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Structuration et optimisation de la mission<\/strong> : Il\/Elle accompagnement le d\u00e9veloppement de la mission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Repr\u00e9sentation<\/strong> : Il\/Elle repr\u00e9sente l\u2019association aupr\u00e8s des partenaires, bailleurs, m\u00e9dias et des diff\u00e9rentes autorit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Relation avec le si\u00e8ge<\/strong> : Il\/Elle assure la bonne circulation des informations entre le si\u00e8ge et le terrain et s\u2019assure du respect des \u00e9ch\u00e9ances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Formation et exp\u00e9rience:<br \/>\nFormation en Gestion de projets<\/p>\n<h3><span
