Les candidats qui ne se conforment pas \u00e0 cette exigence. le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, sont remplac\u00e9s par ceux figurant sur la liste d&#8217;attente suivant l&#8217;ordre de m\u00e9rite. par le biais d&#8217;un communiqu\u00e9 de presse publi\u00e9 par le Ministre d&#8217;Etat.
