Avec un transfert vers un client non Orange, les 250 F CFA de frais seront pr\u00e9lev\u00e9s sur le porte-monnaie de l&#8217;\u00e9metteur. Lors d&#8217;un transfert vers un client Orange, l&#8217;\u00e9metteur devra envoyer 10 180 F CFA afin que les 180 F CFA soient pr\u00e9lev\u00e9s au moment du retrait du porte-monnaie du
