La nouvelle politique foresti\u00e8re\u00a0qui fait des communaut\u00e9s locales des partenaires dans la\u00a0gestion des for\u00eats appelle\u00a0a\u00a0plus de consid\u00e9ration pour les populations locales jadis marginalis\u00e9es et regard\u00e9es\u00a0comme des d\u00e9linquants ou braconniers par les agents des Eaux et For\u00eats.<\/span><\/p>\n
