Enqu\u00eate sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et les avantages sociaux :<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participer \u00e0 la collecte, \u00e0 l\u2019analyse et \u00e0 la gestion des donn\u00e9es relatives \u00e0 la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et aux avantages sociaux des employ\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participer \u00e0 des projets sp\u00e9cifiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et aux avantages sociaux, tels que l\u2019\u00e9valuation des programmes existants, la recherche de nouvelles pratiques et la proposition d\u2019am\u00e9liorations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assurer le suivi et le maintien de la conformit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et d\u2019avantages sociaux.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3-simulations-de-paie\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3.
