#000000;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Article 1 :<\/strong><\/span> Un concours pour le recrutement de <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>trente (30) \u00e9tudiants<\/strong><\/span> au Cycle de Master <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Professionnel en Relations Internationales, Fili\u00e8re Int\u00e9gration R\u00e9gionale et Management des\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color:
