Bikongo, ag\u00e9 de 26 ans est un ancien chaufeur d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 p\u00e9troli\u00e8re, est un\u00a0originaire de kribi, une ravissante petite ville baln\u00e9aire du Cameroun. La population\u00a0permanente de cette r\u00e9gion et d\u2019environ 50 000 habitants. Celle-ci triple durant les cong\u00e9s\u00a0(Juin, juillet et Ao\u00fbt).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bikongo a servi 7 ans dans une compagnie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re apr\u00e8s avoir achev\u00e9 ses \u00e9tudes\u00a0secondaires, ensuite il est rentr\u00e9 chez lui en 2012. Il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019ouvrir une affaire parce\u00a0qu\u2019il ne&#8217;pouvait trouver un bon emploi dans la r\u00e9gion de Kribi. Il a fond\u00e9 l\u2019entreprise de\u00a0nettoyage CLAIRE ET NETTE. Serge pensait que ses \u00e9conomies lui permettaient de d\u00e9buter<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">sans emprunter de l\u2019argent. L\u2019estimation de ses d\u00e9penses se composait de la mani\u00e8re\u00a0suivante: 4 600 000 F pour un camion commercial d\u2019occasion, 525 000 F pour une\u00a0machine de nettoyage \u00e0 vapeur adaptable aux tapis et aux meubles, 375 000 F pour un\u00a0aspirateur commercial de forte puissance, 50 000 F pour des brosses et accessoires sp\u00e9ciaux,\u00a075 000 F pour la fourniture initiale de produits de nettoyage et 200 000 F pour l\u2019assurance et\u00a0autres d\u00e9penses incidents. Ce total de 5 825 000 F permettait \u00e0 Serge de conserver environ\u00a02 800 000 F pour couvrir ses d\u00e9penses ordinaires pendant la p\u00e9riode de lancement de son\u00a0entreprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Une des raisons pour lesquelles Serge a choisi ce type d\u2019activit\u00e9 tient \u00e0 son exp\u00e9rience de\u00a0travail ant\u00e9rieure. A 16 ans Serge avait travaill\u00e9 pendant les cong\u00e9s pour Joe Blanc. Blanc\u00a0dirigeait la seule entreprise&#8217;de nettoyage de moquette de Kribi. Il existe une autre entreprise\u00a0\u00e0 Kribi. Mais la rumeur pr\u00e9tend qu\u2019elle est au bord de la faillite. Blanc vente la qualit\u00e9 de son\u00a0travail et peut compter sur une client\u00e8le loyale. Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans le nettoyage des tapis\u00a0d\u2019int\u00e9rieur, M. Blanc s\u2019est construit une forte base de clients. Pendant 35 ans, la source\u00a0principale de d\u00e9veloppement, outre les recommandations des d\u00e9taillants, a \u00e9t\u00e9 la satisfaction\u00a0des clients qui informaient leurs amis de la qualit\u00e9 du service de M. Blanc. La r\u00e9putation est si\u00a0grande que les magasins de meubles et de tapis de Kribi recommandent toujours l\u2019entreprise\u00a0de Blanc pour l\u2019entretien pr\u00e9ventif des tapis et des meubles de qualit\u00e9. Blanc poss\u00e8de\u00a0souvent des clefs des plus belles maisons de Kribi pendant des mois, lorsque les propri\u00e9taires\u00a0sont absents et r\u00e9clament ses services. En fait, les clients sont si fid\u00e8les qu\u2019une marque\u00a0nationale de nettoyage de tapis Vita-Clean, ne put lui faire concurrence. M\u00eame les r\u00e9ductions\u00a0de prix ne furent pas une arme efficace contre M. Blanc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bikongo sentait qu\u2019il connaissait le travail aussi bien que M. Blanc. Ayant traVaille chez\u2018 lui\u00a0pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, Bikongo \u00e9tait impatient d\u2019atteindre son objectif \u201dde chiffre\u00a0d\u2019afi\u2018aires de 40 000 000 par an, pensant que cette somme lui fournirait un mode de vie\u00a0confortable \u00e0 Kribi. Conscient des opportunit\u00e9s de nettoyage des tapis et moquettes dans les\u00a0commerces, des motels ou immeubles de bureaux. Bikongo pensait que le volume des ventes<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">disponible n\u2019\u00e9tait que de 16 000 000 F parce que la plupart de ces commerces avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0leur propre service de nettoyage. Tel qu\u2019il voyait la chose, sa seule opportunit\u00e9 \u00e9tait de faire\u00a0une concurrence directe avec Blanc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour se lancer, il d\u00e9pensa 800 000 de publicit\u00e9 dans le journal local; Avec cet argent, il\u00a0acheta deux grandes annonces publicitaires et 52 semaines de publicit\u00e9 quotidienne dans la\u00a0section des petites annonces, dans la rubrique services r\u00e9sidentiels Divers. Il ne lui restait plus\u00a0qu\u2019\u00e0 peindre une affiche sur son camion et attendre le \u00ab d\u00e9collage de son affaire<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bikongo eut quelques clients et r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 gagner environ 100 000 F par semaine. Bien\u00a0s\u00fbr, il esp\u00e9rait beaucoup plus. Ses clients \u00e9taient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des habitu\u00e9s de Blanc qui, pour\u00a0une raison ou pour une autre (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des taches ou des invit\u00e9s), ne pouvaient attendre\u00a0les deux semaines de. d\u00e9lai impos\u00e9s par Blanc. Tout en admettant que le travail de Bikongo\u00a0\u00e9tait de la m\u00eame qualit\u00e9 que celui de M. Blanc, ces clients pr\u00e9f\u00e9raient l\u2019image de soin et de<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">qualit\u00e9 de Blanc. Parfois, Bikongo re\u00e7ut plu de travail qu\u2019il n&#8217; en pouvait supporter. Cet afflux\u00a0survint &#8216;en avril et mai, lorsque propri\u00e9taires des maisons de passage pr\u00e9paraient les cong\u00e9s.\u00a0Le m\u00eame afflux survint en septembre et en octobre lorsque les cases de passage ferment \u00e0 la\u00a0fin des cong\u00e9s. Pendant ces mois, Bikongo r\u00e9ussit \u00e0. gagner environ 100 000 \u00e0 120 000 par\u00a0jour en travaillant 10 heures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vers la fin de cette premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d\u00e9courageante, Bikongo envisagea de se retirer. Bien qu\u2019il\u00a0d\u00e9testait l\u2019id\u00e9e de quitter Kribi, il ne pouvait entrevoir aucun moyen de suivre dans le monde\u00a0du nettoyage des meubles et des tapis \u00e0 kribi. M. Blanc contr\u00f4lait l\u2019ensemble du march\u00e9\u00a0r\u00e9sidentiel, except\u00e9 en haute saison et pour les personnes qui avaient besoin d\u2019un nettoyage\u00a0d\u2019urgence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Effectuer une analyse de la situation, poser un diagnostic et proposer \u00e0 M. He hails from Kribi, an\u00a0exciting and a charming small town in Cameroon with an estimated and permanent\u00a0population of about 50 000 inabitants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In 2012, after his return to his home town, Serge Bikongo decided to turn\u00a0Business. To this effect, he created a cleaning company, CLAIRE et NETTE. The latter thought\u00a0that his saving could enable him to start without borrowing money. The estimates of his\u00a0expenditure composed the following: a second-hand commercial truck; 4 600 000F; a vapour\u00a0cleaning machine adapted to carpets and furniture; 525 000F; Commercial vacuum cleaner<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">of high quality; 3750ooF. Supply of initial cleaning products 75 000F and insurance and other\u00a0incidental expenses 200 000F. This total of 5825 000F made it possible for Bikongo to\u00a0preserve approximately 2 800 000F to cover his ordinary expenditure during the launching\u00a0period of his company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">One of the reasons why Bikongo chose this type of activity was due to the fact that he had a\u00a0some experience in the domain. At the age of 16, Blkongo used to work during holidays for\u00a0Joe BLANC. The latter was at the head of a flourishing cleaning company in Kribi. The only\u00a0company which could compete with hlm was at the edge bankruptcy. Joe BLANC was spoke\u00a0highly of the quality of his services and hostess could count much on his faithful customers.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Specialised in the cleaning of carpets, he build a power.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bikongo had some customers and been succeeded to gain approximately 100 000 F per\u00a0week. Of course, he hoped much more. His customers were generally accustomed to Mr Blanc which, for a reason or for another (generally of the spots or the guests), could not wait\u00a0the two weeks of time impose by BLANC.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">While admitting that the services of Blkongo were\u00a0same quality as that of Mr. Blanc, his customers preferred the Image of care and quality of\u00a0Mr Blanc. Sometimes, Blkongo had musch work that he could not be done with. This surge\u00a0occurred in April and May, when houses owners prepared for holidays. The same surge\u00a0occurred in September and in October when hoiydays were overs. During these months,\u00a0Bikongo succeeded in gaining approximately 100 to 120 per day by working 10 hours.\u00a0Towards the end of this first discouraging year, Bikongo planned to be withdraw. Although\u00a0he hated the idea to leave Kribi, he could not foresee any means of following in the world of\u00a0the cleaning of the furniture and carpets in kribi.
