GRE submission: we do not require you to complete the GRE or submit your GRE scores to apply for a graduate program.

To be considered for admission to a graduate program at Full Sail, the following requirements apply:
- Applicants who meet these criteria will be considered for admission pending an evaluation of a copy of official transcripts. Documentation of high school graduation or GED is not required.
- You must have a baccalaureate or higher level degree from an accredited postsecondary educational institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education with a transfer academic average of 2.0 (2.5 for Game Design), OR a Full Sail bachelor’s degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 (2.5 for Game Design).
- Degree held must be of similar scope/subject matter as the intended graduate degree program. Students with an undergraduate degree from an unrelated scope or subject matter will be considered for admission upon provision of a Letter of Intent and a professional résumé.
- Some programs may request that applicants with a GPA lower than 2.5 submit a Letter of Intent, résumé and college transcripts for Program Director review.
- An Admissions Representative can assist you in determining whether additional documentation will be needed.
Admission Requirements for Full Sail
For distance students, a general admission requirement will include technology assessment, Computer Animation, and Game Art and a strong foundation in algebra II, pre-calculus, and trigonometry.
Students applying for traditional bachelor’s degrees must have completed high school with the following requirements for Full Sail:

- Transfer an academic average of 2.5.

Can online master’s students with relevant work experience test out of any courses?
Yes, online students who have at least five years of management and/or leadership experience may be eligible for credit by examination (CE) for the following graduate degree programs: Business Intelligence master of science, Digital Marketing master of science, and Entertainment Business master of science.
