Paypal Cameroon Available Now. Paypal has finally arrived Cameroon, Nigeria and some other African Countries, excluding Ghana. It is useful for Cameroonians who want to do online Payments.
Internet users in Cameroon have been wishing for this expected move from Paypal some years ago. But this expansion therefore seems to be meeting their pressing need but with still limits…
Paypal is being very careful as it moves in slow steps. This first phase of coverage will only enable Cameroonians receive money and make Payments online – no withdrawal possibility yet.

You cannot fund your Cameroonian Paypal account.
This does not mean Cameroonians with $0 Paypal account balance can’t buy online. Absolutely they can and this is what you have to do:
1. Verify your Paypal account with a Debit/credit card.
2. Deposit funds in your card.
3. Then do payments through Paypal.
Paypal will bypass your Paypal account balance, collect funds from your card and do the payment on your behalf.
