The National Coordination of the General Census of Agriculture and Livestock launches a recruitment of two thousand three hundred and fifty (2,350) Enumerators and sixty (60) Information Technology Controllers (IT) for data collection of the core module of the General Census of Agriculture and Livestock (GCAL), which will take place throughout the national territory. kamerpower.com

Conditions of Application

1. General conditions:

• Be Cameroonian citizens and good character.
• Be aged 18 to 45 years.
• Be healthy.
• Possess skills for teamwork.

2. Specific conditions for the Enumerators:

• Have at least the Baccalaureate (high school Diploma) / GCE-A Level or its equivalent or any Bachelor degree obtained from an Agricultural School or a National Zootechnical, Veterinary and Fisheries Training Center.
• Have a good knowledge of the selected division.
• Being prepared to work for six (6) months in rural areas, under pressure and even on weekends.
• Possess the following skills is an advantage:
  • speak fluently at least one of the local languages of the selected division.
  • be Head of Agricultural Post, Head of Veterinary Zootechnical Center, or Head of a Fisheries Center.
  • have experience in statistical surveys, particularly the data collection on a tablet, smartphone or laptop.
  • have experience in agronomy (agriculture and livestock).
  • know how to use a laptop or tablet.
  • know how to use the Internet.
  • hold a category A driving license.

3. Specific conditions for Information Technology Controllers (IT):

• Hold a BAC + 2 degree in computer science.
• Have a professional experience of at least 2 years.
• Have knowledge in administrating Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 Operating System.
• Being prepared to work for three (3) months in rural areas, under pressure and even on weekends.
• Possess the following skills is an advantage:
  • have knowledge or experience in electronics, installation of solar equipment, electricity.
  • have knowledge or experience on the FTP protocol.
  • have knowledge or experience on Cloud Computing.

5. The candidate must attach to his online registration the scanned copies of the valid national identity card and the highest diploma originals.
