The “ MTN Young Graduate Programme ’’ targets young, brilliant and ambitious University and Higher Professional School graduates with strong potential, and who are highly motivated to work in Cameroon and contribute to the sustainable development of the country. kamerpower.com

The objective of this 3-year programme is to attract and develop young talented graduates to constitute a pool of future leaders by developing graduates in different specialties to address MTN’s business needs across our global footprint.

Ultimately, the MTN Young Graduate Programme will refresh MTN’s leadership talent and critical positions pipeline, as well as secure a share of young top talents to meet MTN’s strategic and operational skills.

All “MTN Young Graduates” will participate in various high impact formal and on-the-job development activities during the first 24 months, with a view of ensuring 100% retention and formal integration with existing talent and leadership pipelines by year 3.

Upon completion of the programme, graduates will have developed:

  • Global and Local Context understanding.
  • Key future Skills in Digital Technologies.
  • MTN Culture & Values understanding and ownership.
