The Japanese Government postgraduate scholarships to the Cameroonian Government

INTERNAL COMMUNIQUE

The Minister of Higher Education:

 The Japanese Government through the UNESCO / Obuchi KEIZO makes disposal of the Cameroonian Government two (02) postgraduate scholarships FOR the academic year 2024/2025.

These scholarships are for brilliant Cameroonian students holding a Master or equivalent degree wishing to do research in the following areas:

• Environment (priority to water sciences), intercultural dialogue, Techniques.
• Information and communication or peaceful conflict resolution.

Eligibility:

• Be of Cameroonian nationality.
• Be of perfect physical and mental health.
• Holder of a Master’s degree or equivalent degree with a mention Pretty-well at least
• Be at least 40 years.

Composition of the file:

• A stamped written application addressed to the Ministry of Higher Education;
• A PDF scholarship application  form obtained and filled then should be submitted or sent to any of the addresses bellow
• email addresses: a.zaid@unesco.orq; I.zasfriz@unesco.org. duly completed in duplicate copy.
• A copy of birth certificate not older than three months;
• Certified copies of degrees bound transcripts (Bac Bachelors, Masters or PhD) in duplicate.
• A letter of recommendation from a person familiar with the work of the candidate.
• A letter of acceptance or admission to a host institution (establishment whose country is a member of UNESCO) has given its consent for the supervision of the candidate.
• A certificate of language proficiency (on the UNESCO form) duly completed in duplicate for the language of the country of study (if different from the language mother of the candidate), issued by an official authority.
• A detailed project (one or two pages) in French or English of research continue.
• Two photos 4×4 identity.

 Complete applications in four (02) copies (01 original and 01 photocopies)
must be deposited at the Ministry of Higher Education, 5th floor, door no 1504
latest December 10, 2023 at 15 h 30 deadline.
