Tasks / Responsibilities.
- Responsible for all technical areas of the company such as network operations, engineering and planning, IT, project management, network deployment, power systems.
- Involved in technical aspects of regulatory affairs.
- Managing the technical department and team.
- Responsible for network quality, stability and costs.
- Support of sales team in tender processes and with customer projects.
Managerial responsibility.
- Responsible for 10-15 personnel
Location:
- Douala, Cameroon
Education
- Degree in electrical engineering, information technology, computer science or communications engineering.
Job Experience
- Minimum 10 years job experience in telecommunications, ISP or IT.
- Minimum 5 years management experience with personnel responsibilities.
- Strong experience in Internet and data communications, IP routing and switching (Cisco CCNA), good Linux knowledge .
- Experience in mobile radio communication systems (GSM, UMTS, WiMAX, LTE, Microwave).
Expertise.
- IP networking, wireless, Linux, ISP services.
Other Skills
- Very good English skills
- Excellent French.
- Very good computer skills (complete MS Office).
- Driving license.
