Advans Cameroun careers Job opportunities. Advans is a network of microfinance institutions (MFIs) offering financial services to micro, small and medium sized enterprises (MSMEs) in developing and emerging countries, which are:

Advans Cameroun is a Microfinance Institution licensed by the Cameroonian Ministry of Finance, which offers credits and savings products to urban micro, small and medium sized enterprises which are poorly served by the banking and microfinance sector.

Advans Cameroun offers a simple yet adapted loan product range (group lending, working capital and investment loans, rural loans), as well as deposit-taking (current accounts, savings accounts, term deposits) and other services (national and international transfers, checkbooks, check clearing, Monifone daily saving and soon ATM cards), with the ambition of becoming the preferred financial partner for micro, small and medium sized enterprises in Cameroon.

The first branch launched its operations in Douala in May 2007, while the first branch in Yaoundé opened in April 2008. After consolidating the coverage of Douala and Yaoundé with extra-branches, expansion into new regions continued with the opening of a branch in Bafoussam in 2010 and in Bamenda and Garoua in 2011 and Kumba in the first semester of 2012. As of November 2012, Advans Cameroun offers its services through a network of 11 branches and is opening Ngaoundere and Maroua before the end of 2012.
