Mexican government scholarship program 2024 Cameroonians government

RADIO PRESS COMMUNIQUE
The Minister of Higher Education announces to prospective and interested candidates that the Mexican government scholarship program is offering 02 scholarships for the academic year 2024. This offer is for young Cameroonians, of both sexes for specialization in the Masters or Doctorate levels in all domains of studies with the exception of Business Administration, Plastic Surgery, Accounting, Marketing, Dentistry, Advertising and Related Areas.
Eligibility
- Candidates must have a minimum grade point average of 8/10 or the equivalent for the last academic degree received.
- Candidates must be holder of a Bachelors or Masters degree.
- Candidates should be in good health both physically and mentally.
- Candidates should be of Cameroonian nationality of both sexes.
- Candidates must have an acceptance letter from any Mexican host University or currently enrolled in a program at one of the participating Mexican institutions.
The application file should comprise the following
- A handwritten stamped application addressed to the Minister of Higher Education with field of study chosen, sex, age, region of origin and two telephone numbers.
- An application form to be filled and printed online on the following website.
www.amexcid.god.mx/index.php/oferta-de-becas-para-extranjeros; - A Ietter of admission from a Mexican host University.
- A copy of academic documents showing that applicant has finished or is currently enrolled in a Master’s or Doctorate programme.
- Certified copy of birth certificate.
- A medical certificate dating not more than 3 months.
- 04 most recent original photos (3×3) with name’and nationality noted on the back.
- Certified copy of passport or identity card if passport is in process.
- A detailed curriculum vitae.
- A copy of diploma for the highest degree received including copies of transcripts for the last degree received showing a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 8/10.
- A certificate of nationality.
- An explanation of why the applicant is interested in studying or conducting research in Mexico.
Documents in any language other than Spanish must be translated;
Note: Incomplete files will be rejected and no applications will be accepted directly from the applicants.
Candidates are advised to submit 2 copies of the complete application (01 original + 01 photocopy) at the Ministry of Higher Education Department of Student Assistance and Welfare, 15th floor, room 1504, Iatest 2nd August 2023 at 3:30pm.
