How to Apply for Dr Pepper Scholarships Tuition Giveaway
To apply for the Dr. Pepper scholarships, you need to follow the steps below:
Step 1: Create a Profile
The first step toward winning a Dr. Pepper Tuition Giveaway award is to create a profile at drpeppertuition.com. To successfully create your profile, you will have to briefly describe a goal you’re dedicated to achieving using not more than 50 characters. Afterward, you’ll get a prompt to elaborate on their goal – and how you plan to achieve it—in 350 characters.
Step 2: Solicit Votes:
To proceed to the next round of the Dr. Pepper Tuition Giveaway, you’ll need to solicit votes from your friends and family members. You’ll ask them to vote for your answer on how you will achieve your goal. Furthermore, you’ll need 50 votes to proceed to the next phase of the competition. Note, however, that you can change your answer so long as you don’t have up to 50 votes yet.
Step 3: Upload Video
Once you get up to 50 votes, you’ll get a notification to upload a 60-second video (in English and of publishable quality) explaining why you deserve to be in the Dr. Pepper Tuition Contest. You’ll also explain how winning will impact your life, as well as share your academic and professional goals. You may include a Dr. Pepper product in your video even though it is not mandatory.
Step 4: Selection
After uploading your video, you’ll for the scholarship committee to select you. If they select you, you’ll receive an expenses-paid trip to one of five college football championship games where you will compete against three other selectees in a competition to throw as many footballs as possible (out of 30) into a giant Dr. Pepper can in 30 seconds.
Disqualification Criteria for Dr. Pepper scholarships
You are not eligible for the Dr. Pepper scholarships if you or any member of your immediate family or household is an employee, officer, or director of any Promotion Party. Also, you are disqualified to apply for the tuition giveaway if you or any member of your immediate family or household is the owner/operator or the person in charge of purchasing or promotion decisions at retailers of Sponsor products.
Dr. Pepper scholarships Video Upload Requirement
The video which you’ll submit for the Dr. Pepper scholarships 2023 has to meet the following requirements:
- The video must be in one of the following file formats: .mov, .wmv, mpeg, .avi, .mp4, or .mpg.
- The video must not be more than 50 MB in size.
- It must be done in the English language and must be an original work which you made yourself.
- Also, it must be of good quality and suitable for publication.
- It must also not be more than one minute in length.
