I would like a telephone number to call to talk to a REAL person and not a computer because the computer can’t understand what you are saying and have to repeat it several times. When I have to repeat myself several times, I get MAD and hang up.
I want to know benefits come with the Amazon Prime: streaming videos, and other things that I could use without paying high prices; I won’t pay for because I am on a fixed income and a Senior citizen.

I am 85 years old and have to do a lot of my shopping on the internet. Some way I think I have been able to buy on Amazon, but now I find, I must be a member to buy from Amazon. I am also on a fixed income and don’t want to pay a membership fee on months I’m not buying. I know I will be doing more on-line shopping, due to how hard instore shopping is becoming for me. Right now I have things in my shopping cart with Amazon and it shows I can get $50 off with a Amazon Gift Card but find I can only get a Amazon Gift Card if I have Amazon Prime membership. To me membership cost is a lot to pay just to shop on Amazon. I can’t just buy to pay for membership, and also pay for things I buy. Does Amazon have a way around the added $139 per year in dues fees for older people ?
