One should not have to do two separate transactions, I have been on both sides of the cash register. Nobody has had to do two separate transactions. Whatever is on the ebt card should go through and cover as much of the food the balance will cover. Then run your bank card and pay for the rest. The reason why I am saying that is because technology should be able to read.
