Oxford graduate scholarships for international students 2024-2025 UK. The Oxford Graduate Scholarships were established in 2012 through a groundbreaking fundraising initiative to support graduate students of the highest caliber from across the world. Over 60 scholarships are available for 2024-2025 and we aim to offer up to 130 new, fully-funded scholarships each year when we meet our total fundraising goal. Kamerpower.com
The University contributes 40% of the funds for these scholarships, together with 60% from generous donations provided by numerous supporters of the University and its colleges. Following types of scholarships are available:
- Oxford-Ko Graduate Scholarships: Two full scholarships are available to applicants who are ordinarily resident in the EEA or Switzerland and who are applying for the full-time MSt in Chinese Studies. Preference will be given to graduates from the University of Leeds.
- Oxford-Mary Jane Grefenstette Graduate Scholarships: One full scholarship is available for applicants to the full-time DPhil in Computer Science or the full-time DPhil in Philosophy, and who are specialising in the cross-over between these two subjects.
- Oxford-Mitsui & Co. Europe PLC Graduate Scholarships: Two full scholarships are available for applicants ordinarily resident in Africa, and who are applying for the full-time MSc in African Studies.
- Oxford-NaturalMotion Graduate Scholarships: Three full scholarships are available for applicants to the full-time DPhil in Zoology. Preference will be given to projects which involve the application of computational methods to biological questions.
- Oxford-Nicholas Bratt-St John’s Graduate Scholarships: One full scholarship is available for applicants to any full- or part-time master’s or DPhil courses in the Social Sciences Division, within the range accepted by St John’s College.
- Oxford-Prince’s Foundation Graduate Scholarships: One full scholarship is available for applicants to the part-time DPhil in Sustainable Urban Development.
- Oxford-Radcliffe Graduate Scholarships: Applicants should be applying to start a new graduate course at Oxford.
- Oxford-Robert and Soulla Kyprianou Graduate Scholarships: One full scholarship is available for applicants who are ordinarily resident in the Republic of Cyprus and who are applying for a full- or part-time master’s or DPhil course, within the range accepted by Brasenose College.
- Oxford-Rokos Graduate Scholarships: Applicants should be applying to start a new DPhil Economics or DPhil Economic and Social History course at Oxford.
- Oxford-Swire Graduate Scholarships: Two full scholarships are available for applicants to full- or part-time master’s and DPhil courses in the Faculty of History, within the range accepted by University College.
- Oxford-TrygFonden Graduate Scholarships: Two full scholarships are available for applicants who are ordinarily resident in Denmark
- Oxford-Wolfson Ancient History Graduate Scholarships: One full scholarship is available for applicants who are ordinarily resident in the EEA or Switzerland and who are applying for any full- or part-time master’s or DPhil course in Ancient History, preferably with a focus on economics and banking.
- Oxford-Wolfson Min Sunshik Graduate Scholarships: One full scholarship is available for applicants to the full-time MSt in Korean Studies or to the full-time DPhil in Oriental Studies, specialising in Korean Literature.
- Oxford-Pershing Square Graduate Scholarships: Applicants should be applying to start a new 1+1 MBA programme at Oxford.
Applications are invited for fully-funded Oxford graduate scholarships available for international students. Over 60 scholarships are available for 2024-25. These are fully funded scholarships. The scholarship will cover 100% of University and college fees and a grant for living costs. Awards will be available for the full duration of a student’s fee liability for the agreed course. The application deadline is 8 January and 22 January 2024, depending on your course.

Eligibility:
You will be considered automatically for these scholarships if:
- You are applying to start a new graduate course;
- You submit your course application by the relevant January admissions deadline;
- You are subsequently offered a place after consideration of applications received by the deadline;
- Your application is not placed on a waiting list or held back after the January admissions deadline to be re-evaluated against applications received by the March admissions deadline; and
- You meet the eligibility criteria.
Scholarship Open for International Students:
International students are eligible for Oxford graduate scholarships except Oxford graduate available for the students of EEA countries or Switzerland.
Number of award(s): There are over 1,000 full graduate scholarships available for courses starting in 2023-24.
Duration of award(s): Awards will be available for the full duration of a student’s fee liability for the agreed course.
What does it cover? These are fully funded scholarships. The scholarship will cover 100% of University and college fees and a grant for living costs.
Selection Criteria:
Scholarships are awarded to applicants who have demonstrated excellent academic ability, who will contribute to the University’s groundbreaking research, and who will go on to contribute to the world as leaders in their field, pushing the frontiers of knowledge. Selection is based on academic merit, unless specified otherwise.
Notification:
Scholarship selection normally takes place between late February and June. If you have not heard from University by the dates indicated in the scholarship information, then please assume that you have been unsuccessful. Due to the volume of applications they receive, they are unable to contact unsuccessful applicants individually or provide feedback.
How to Apply:
All eligible applicants who have applied to the University by the relevant January deadline for their course will automatically be considered for the Oxford Graduate Scholarships, with the exception of the Oxford-Pershing Square Graduate Scholarships, which require an additional application to be made at the same time as your application to a course is made.
