Within the framework of the implementation of the France for Cameroon platform of competencies and volunteerism (PCFCV), the director general of the National civil service agency for participation development, launches a National call for applications for the recruitment of senior and junior volunteers of the civic service for 2019.

I-Profile

The volunteers of the civic service must have all academic qualifications or not and can either be juniors between the ages of 18 and 25, or senior which are mostly retired persons with much experience and willing to offer his services to the receiving structure in a voluntary manner

II-Domain of intervention

1. Youth

• Rural development, hydraulic and environment.
• New information and communication technologies.
• Decentralization and local development.
• Water and hygiene.

2. Senior

• Education and health
• Support to structuring and organization of the civil society organisations.
• Entrepreneurial.
• Rural development, hydraulic and environment.
• New information and communication Technologies.
• Decentralization and local developments.
• Water and hygiene.

III-COMPOSITION OF CANDIDATE FILES

• The files of candidates comprise of.
• A registration from (NCSAPD model).
• A photocopy of birth certificate or National identity card.
• 2 photos 4×4.
• A letter of motivation duly signed by the candidate.
• A curriculum vitae.
• One or more document to justify area of competence.

IV – PLACE OF DEPOSIT OF FILES

The complete file shall be deposited in all the regional agencies or the head office of the National civic service Agency for participation in development latest Thursday 28 February 2018.

V – SELECTION OF CANDIDATES

The preselected candidates shall be invited at the head office of the National civic service agency for participation in development.
