- A stamped application to the Minister of Higher Education , bearing an address and a telephone number to contact you if necessary.
- A certificate of nationality.
- A copy of a birth certificate dated less than 3 months.
- Photos 4 x 4 recent.
- A medical certificate.
- A curriculum vitae.
- A certified copy of GCE A/L transcript and copy.
- A certified copy of GCE O/L transcript and copy.
- Transcripts of classes: Form V, Lower Sixth, UpperSixth.

- A certificate of nationality.
- A copy of a birth certificate dated less than 3 months
- Photos 4 x 4 recent.
- A medical certificate.
- A curriculum vitae.
- A certified copy of GCE A/L transcript and copy.
- Certified copies of university transcripts and certificates covering all the years.
- A copy of the detailed plan and specific studies or research that the candidate intends to take.
- Two letters of recommendation from your university professors.
