COMPETITIVE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION NOTICE
The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform (MINFOPRA Cameroon) informs the general public that: kamerpower.com
A competitive entrance examination for the recruitment of 179 (one hundred and seventy nine) students/trainees into the Professional Masters Programme in Public Management (MP2) of the Advanced Institute of Public Management (AIPM) for the 2023/2024 academic year has been announced. kamerpower.com
Three (3) major courses shall be offered namely:
- 1st Course : Management of Public Organisations.
- 2nd Course : Management of Regional and Local Authorities.
- 3rd Course: Public Finance Management.
The number of available places are distributed as follows:

I. Requirements to sit the competitive examination Concours AIPM 2024-2025 Cameroun.
Candidates shall meet the following requirements: kamerpower.com
- Be holder of a Bachelor’s Degree or any other equivalent diploma.
- Provide evidence of relevant professional experience of at least 5 (five) years by the closing date of the examination.
- Provide evidence of management experience of at least 2(two) as a Service Head (minimum) by the closing date of the examination.
II. File composition Concours AIPM 2024-2025 Cameroun.
Candidates’ complete application file shall be submitted latest 22 December 2022 at the Secretariat of the Division for Higher Training and Research of AIPM/ Nylon quarter – Bastos. The files shall comprise the following documents:
Group 1 : Application Documents.
- A stamped application form to be collected at AIPM.
- An authorization to sit the examination from the candidate’s employer (Minister, General Manager, Head of Organization under whom they belong, …)
- A detailed and signed curriculum vitae.
- Four (4) passport-size photographs.
- A FCFA 30,000 receipt issued by the Accounting Officer of AIPM representing examination fees (non refundable).
Group 2 : Supporting documents.
- A certified true copy of the last two diplomas (Bachelor’s Degree included) not morethan three months ago.
- A certified true copy of birth certificate not more than 3 (three) months old.
- Certified true copies of transcripts of the Bachelor’s Degree or any recognized equivalent Diploma.
- A medical certificate not more than 3 (three) months old.
- Attestations of presentation of originals of certificates (Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, etc.) signed by the Governor or Senior Divisional Officer.
- Letters of encouragement and/or congratulation (where applicable).
- A large envelope bearing a F CFA 500 stamp and the candidate’s address.
- AR incomplete or late files or files containing documents signed by the Police shall be rejected. kamerpower.com
- Documents certified by administrative, municipal and judicial authorities shall be less than three months old at the time of submission.

III. Examinatlon syllabus and timetable
The syllabuses for this examinations are those of study cycles that have issued the required diplomas. This examination that shall take place in Yaoundé, the only examination centre, shall be scheduled as follows: kamerpower.com
