If you are a Cameroonian student with ambitions in engineering, technology, or the applied sciences, the ENSPB/NAHPI competitive entrance examination into year one of University of Bamenda is one of the most significant academic milestones you will encounter.
This government-sanctioned examination, officially opened by the Minister of Higher Education, determines admission into the First Year of the Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) programme — and, by extension, positions successful candidates on a pathway toward the Professional Master of Engineering (M.Eng.).
For the 2026/2027 academic year, a total of 500 places are available across ten engineering programmes. Understanding the full requirements and procedures is not merely advisable, it is essential. This guide walks you through everything you need to know, in a clear and structured manner.
