Mindful of decree N°2012/512 of 12 April 2012 organising the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications.

Mindful ofarrete N°00005 7/MPT/ ENSPT/CD of 11 November 1993 fixing the special duties into the National Advanced School of Posts and telecommunications.
On the proposal of the Director of the National Advanced School of Posts and Telecommunications.
HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1:
Competitive entrance examinations for admission into the different training cycles of the National Advanced School of Posts and Telecommunications and the Regional Training Centre of Posts and Telecommunications (RTCPT Buea ) Buea shall be written on the 13th, 14th and 16th of August 2024 at all Regional headquarters: Bafoussam, Bamenda, Buea, Douala, Garoua, Ngaoundere, Bertoua, Maroua, Ebolowa and Yaounde.
Article 2: SUP’PTIC- ENSPT Yaounde RTCPT Buea Entrance.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR WRITING:
1- Cycle for Assistant Telecommunications Engineers (ATE)/ Bachelor in Engineering
- Should be male or female, aged 15 years at least as from the 1st January 2024.
- Should be a holder of the General Certificate of Education “Advanced Level” certificate in at least two science subjects, Mathematics and Physics, A level technical GCE or any equivalent certificate.
2- Cycle for Inspectors (INP)/ Bachelor in Administration.
- Should be male or female, aged 15 years at least as from the 1st January 2024.
- Should be a holder of the General Certificate of Education “Advanced Level” in at least two subjects or any recognised equivalent certificate.
3- Cycle for Telecommunications Technicians (TT).
- Should be male or Female, aged 15 years at least as from the 1st of January 2024.
- Should be a holder of the General Certificate of Education “Advanced Level” certificate in at least two science subjects, Mathematics and Physics, A’ level technical GCE or any equivalent certificate.
4- Cycle for Controllers of P&T (CPT).
- Should be male or female, aged 15 years at least as from the 1st January 2024.
- Should be a holder of the General Certificate of Education “Advanced Level” certificate in at least two subjects or any equivalent certificate.
Article 3:
NUMBER OF PLACES AVAILABLE
The number of places available per cycle is as follow;
SUP’PTIC – ENSPT NASPT YAOUNDE
1- For competitive examination in the first year.
Assistant Telecommunications Engineers: 100 places.
Inspectors of P&T: 55 places.
2- For direct admission in the second year
Assistant Telecommunications Engineers: 15 places.
Inspectors of P&T: 10 places.
Half the number of places are reserved for the best technicians and controllers students of the 2021/2022 batch.
SUP’PTIC – ENSPT RTCPT BUEA
Telecommunications Technicians: 40 places.
Controllers of P&T: 40 places.
Article 4: SUP’PTIC – ENSPT Yaounde RTCPT Buea Entrance.
CONTENT OF CANDIDATE’S FILE
Candidate’s file which must be submitted at NASPT Yaounde, RTCPT Buea or all Posts and Telecommunications Regional Delegations except Yaounde and Buea on the 09th August 2024 latest, shall be made up of the following documents:
- An application form to be collected from all the Regional Delegations of Posts and telecommunications except Yaounde and Buea, the National Advanced School of Posts and Telecommunications Yaounde or the Regional Training Centre of Posts and Telecommunications Buea (SUP’PTIC – RTCPT Buea) or in the school web site (www.supptic.cm). or kamerpower.com
- A payment receipt to any Postal Giro services (CCP) or post office, account number 150657330-19 of 15,000 CFA.
- A certified true copy of birth certificate not more than 03 Months old from the date of certification.
- A certified true copy of the required certificate.
- A school attendance certificate for candidates still expecting the results of the required certificate.
- A medical certificate of fitness for working in the Posts and telecommunications sector, issued by a public medical practitioner.
- Four passport size photographs (4×4).
- A certified true copy of the National Identity card.
- A self-addressed stamped (350 CFA Postal Stamp) envelope.

Article 8:
Admission in the second year of the cycle for Assistant Telecommunications Engineers and for Inspectors is granted for candidates’ holders of:
- For the cycle of Assistant Telecommunications Engineers, Diploma of Telecommunications Technician of NASPT, HND or HDD in telecommunications, electronics, electrotechnics and computer sciences or any recognised equivalent certificate.
- For the cycle of Posts and Telecommunications Inspectors, Diploma of Financial and account Services or Telecommunication exploitation Controllers of NASPT, HND in economics, in management, in law science or any recognised equivalent certificate.
Article 9: SUP’PTIC – ENSPT Yaounde RTCPT Buea Entrance.
School fees per year:
Candidates admitted into the school shall pay the following on the yearly basis.
- Cameroonian Candidates:
Registration: 10.000 F CFA.
Sporting and cultural activities: 10.000 F CFA.
Insurance: 5.000 F CFA.
Tuition
Assistant Telecommunications Engineers: 500.000 F CFA.
Inspectors of P&T: 500.000 F CFA.
Telecommunications Technicians: 300.000 F CFA.
Controllers of P&T: 300.000 F CFA.
- Foreign candidates
Registration: 10.000 F CFA.
Sporting and cultural activities: 10.000 F CFA.
Insurance: 5.000 F CFA.
Tuition
Assistant Telecommunications Engineers: 800.000 F CFA.
Inspectors of P&T: 800.000 F CFA.
Telecommunications Technicians: 600.000 F CFA.
Controllers of P&T: 600.000 F CFA.
Article 10: SUP’PTIC – ENSPT Yaounde RTCPT Buea Entrance.
Examination registration fees are non refundable.
Article 11:
Only candidates who have submitted a complete and regular file shall be authorised to sit for the examinations.
Article 12:
The results of the examinations shall he published by a communique of the Minister of posts and Telecommunications.
Article 13:
Foreign students shall sit for special examinations organised by the Director of the National Advanced School of Posts and Telecommunications.
Article 14:
Candidates presented by the public and paraestatal organisms fulfilling the general conditions for the competitive entrance examination shall be authorised to write the exams.
Article 15:
At the end of their training, the best students will be admitted directly in the master program.
Article 16:
The Director of the National Advanced School of POSTS and Telecommunications is charged with the implementation of this decision, which shall be registered, published and broadcast in both English and French wherever need be.
