Mindful of the Constitution.
Mindful of decree No. 78/484 of 9 November 1978 to establish the common provisions applicable to State employees governed by the Labour Code.
Mindful of decree No. 80/275 of 18 July 1980 to lay down the general rules and regulations of the corps of Researchers.
Mindful of decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government.
Mindful of decree No. 2011/410 of 9 December 2011 to form the Government.
Mindful of decree No. 2015/434 of 2 October 2015 to reshuffle the Government.
Mindful of decree No. 2012/537 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform.
Mindful of decree No. 2000/696/PM of 13 September 2000 to establish the general system of government competitive examinations.
Mindful of order No. 99/0081/MINESUP/DDES of 23 December 1999 to organize the Doctorate or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) cycle in Cameroon State universities.

HEREBY ORDER AS FOLLOWS:

MINRESI Cameroon Recruitment of 150 Researchers MINFOPRA Cameroon 2024-2025

Article 1: Applications are requested for the recruitment of 150 (one hundred and fifty) Researchers for the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation for the 2023 financial year.

Article 2: (1) This recruitment shall be opened to holders of: a Systems Engineer diploma, Master of Science Degree (Master II) with thesis, DEA (Post-Graduate Studies Diploma), Doctorate, PhD or any other recognized equivalent diploma. kamerower.com

(2) The distribution of places is as follows:

NB.: In case of absence of applications from one specialty, the number of places reserved for the latter shall be attributed to other specialties.

Article 3:

General application requirements

• • Be 30 (thirty) years of age at most as at 1st January 2024 for candidates to the posts of Assistant Researchers.

• • Be 35 (thirty-five) years of age at most as at 1st January 2024 for candidates to the posts of Researchers.

• • Be 40 (forty) years of age at most as at 1st January 2024 for candidates for the posts of Senior or Director of Research.

• • Any candidate applying for a post above that of Assistant Researcher must show proof that he/she is currently occupying an equivalent position as Researcher or Lecturer of a State institution in a foreign country, be holder of a terminal degree in higher education and a scientific production at least equivalent to the one required in Cameroon for promotion to the rank solicited.

• Applications from State employees (civil servants or Contract employees) shall not be allowed.

Article 4:

FILE COMPOSITION

The file shall comprise the following documents: kamerpower.com

• A registration form bearing a CFA 1000 fiscal stamp in which the candidate shall specify the specialty and grade he/she is applying for. The form can be obtained at Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation or at Regional Centres of Research and Innovation downloaded at the following website address: kamerpower.com ou http://www.minresi.cm;
• A receipt attesting payment of the registration fee of CFA 15 000 (fifteen thousand) issued by either the Service Head of the Budget and Equipment of the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation or Service Heads of General Affairs of Regional Centres of Research and Innovation.
• A certificate of non-conviction not more than three months old.
• A certified true copy of birth certificate signed by a competent civil authority not more than three months old.
• A detailed curriculum vitae.
• 2 (two) passport-size photographs not more than three months old.
• Certified true copies of all diplomas from the GCE Advanced level, signed by a competent civil authority, not more than three months old.
• An attestation of presentation of original of the highest diploma signed by a competent civil authority, not more than. three months old.
• A copy of the thesis or dissertation defended for the award of the highest diploma.
• Any official document showing proof of exercising as researcher or Lecturer of a higher institution in a foreign country.
• Extracts of scientific articles published.
• A medical certificate issued by a public sector medical officer showing that the candidate is endowed with all his physical and mental faculties to exercise the functions of researcher, not more than three months old.
• An envelope bearing a CFA f 500 stamp and the candidate’s address.

(2) Candidate’s complete application file shall be submitted, against a receipt, at the Mail Service of the “Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation or at Regional Centres of Research and Innovation, no later than Friday 02 August 2023.

NOTE:

• • All documents should be certified by a competent civil, municipal or legal authorities and not more than 3 (three) months old.

• All incomplete or late files or files containing documents signed by the Police shall be rejected.

Article 5 : Candidates’ application files after reception, sorting and classification, shall be studied by a Recruitment Commission set up by the Minister of Scientific Research and Innovation, in conformity with provisions of decree No. 80/275of 18 July 1980 to lay down the general rules and regulations of the corps of Researchers. kamerpower.com

Article 6:

Publication of results, recruitment and conditions of payment

1. The final results of this recruitment shall be published through an instrument signed by the Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform.
2. Contract Researchers selected shall be recruited by the Public Service and’Administrative Reform, on the proposal of the Minister of Scientific Research and Innovation, following the recommendations of the Recruitment Commission mentioned above.
3. The salaries of Contract Researchers selected shall be calculated on the basis of the salary index scale appended to decree No. 80/275 of 18 July 1980 to lay down the general rules and regulations of the corps of Researchers.

Article 6: This order shall be registered and published wherever necessary.
