RECRUITMENT NOTICE
The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform hereby informs the general public that the recruitment of 885 (eight hundred and eighty-five) part-time teachers of technical education as contract teachers, authorized by the Prime Minister, Head of Government, for the 2023 financial year, for the Ministry of Secondary Education and Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training has been announced. The selection of candidates shall be carried out through the study of files by an ad hoc committee set up for that purpose.
I- GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The selection exercise shall be open to all Cameroonians who fulfill the following conditions:
- Fulfill all the requirements for admission to a public service employment.
- Be 17 years of age at least and 45 years at most as at 1st January 2024.
- Be holder of Technical Teachers grade I Certificate (CAPIET).
II- DISTRIBUTION OF PLACES PER MINISTRY
The places available per speciality and ministry are as follows:

III- FILE COMPOSITION
Candidates’ complete application files shall be submitted against a receipt in all Regional Delegations of the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform latest 28 august 2023, The files shall comprise the following documents:
- An application form bearing a CFA F 1000 fiscal stamp and indicating the ministry and the field of study chosen.
- A certified true copy of birth certificate signed by a competent civil authority (mayor, DO. SDO, Governor) not more than 3 (three) months old.
- A certificate of non-conviction not more than three months old.
- A certified true copy of the required certificate i.e. CAPIET signed by a competent civil authority not more than 3 (three) months old.
- An attestation of presentation of original of required certificate signed by a competent authority.
- A medical certificate issued by a public sector Medical Officer not more than 3 (three) months old.
- A non-certified photocopy of CAPIET.
- A receipt attesting payment of a registration fee of CFA 10 000 francs (ten thousand) issued by the Head of the Recruitment and Training Service at the Regional Delegations of the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform.
- 2 (two) passport-size photographs.
- A CFA F 500 stamped envelope bearing the candidate‘s address.

I am a holder of CAPIET in the specialty of ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, a holder of HND in TELECOMMUNICATION and the awaiting results from ENSET BAMBILI in ELECTRICAL AND POWER ENGINEERING.
